- Your work will give you and all our teams a deep understanding of our users and subscribers, our commercial models and our products.
- Your focus will be on analysing and translating behavioural, purchase and platform data into insights that enable action to hit our goals.
- You will drive change within our business to ensure decisions are made using empirical data.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Subscription strategy. Using best practice learned from your involvement in successful subscription businesses you will come armed with a wealth of knowledge, actionable ideas and best practice to implement price testing, drive lifetime value growth, improve customer insight reporting and analysis, improve retention to minimise churn.
- Mobile app analytics. You will join with tried and tested methods for collating and curating app platform and in-app behavioural insights for all teams to understand and use to our advantage. As the industry evolves and innovates you will be the first to learn and master new tools and techniques.
The following can be learned in role but it would be favourable to have previous working knowledge/experience of:
